Exporting a GroupWise Address Book<\/p>\n
\u2022 GroupWise can export addresses in two different formats: .NAB (Novell<\/p>\n
Address Book) and .VCF (vCard format).<\/p>\n
\u2022 The .NAB format is preferred for exporting GroupWise Address Books. NAB<\/p>\n
files are comma-delimited which gives you the most flexibility to import into<\/p>\n
other mail programs, such as Microsoft Outlook. In addition, .NAB files are<\/p>\n
more accurate than .VCF.<\/p>\n
\u2022 NAB files can be opened in any text editor, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel<\/p>\n
and other programs that can open a comma-delimited file.<\/p>\n
Exporting a GroupWise Address Book as a .NAB File<\/p>\n
1. Open the GroupWise Address Book and select the address book you wish to<\/p>\n
export.<\/p>\n
2. Choose File, Export.<\/p>\n
3. Choose Entire Address book.<\/p>\n
4. Choose a location to save the file and enter a file name.<\/p>\n
5. Select Novell Address Book (*.NAB) as file type.<\/p>\n
