Please follow the steps below:
A. Use the customized ATTK package
1. Run this ATTK Tool: https://spnsupport.trendmicro.com/attk/4e41033c-7009-8f19-8c81-77cf49d0c771
2. Restart the machine afterwards
B. Unhide the folder/s manually via the command prompt (make sure that the user account has admin privileges)
– Use this command: attrib -h -r -s [drive:][path][filename] /S /D
* for example: attrib –h –r –s z:\*.* /S /D
