You can backup the current configuration and move it to a different computer.

Take backup of the controller from settings tab > maintenance tab > download backup
And restore the downloaded backup to another controller from settings tab > maintenance tab > restore backup.

But make sure when you have restored the backup you need to close the previous controller because you cannot manage the APs by two controller at a time.
