1.  Download patch zip file to datastore

2.   Put into maintance mode from web console

3.   login into server with ssh (allow by going to system console and allowing it.)

4.  change to datastore directory cd /vmfs/volumes/4ddb8c02-28331701-9d5d-001ec94d9951 #

3.     # esxupdate –bundle update-from-esxi4.1-4.1_update01.zip update
